This premium vaulting box is built from 18 mm-thick plywood panels, each reinforced with fully interlocking solid beech wood corner blocks for exceptional strength. All wooden elements are finished with a clear lacquer to enhance durability and preserve their natural look. The top section features rebounded foam padding, upholstered in your choice of natural or synthetic leather for comfort and style. The base is fitted with non-slip, non-marking plastic pads, ensuring outstanding stability while protecting floors from damage. For added convenience, it comes complete with an integral transporter system, allowing you to move the vaulting box effortlessly between locations.
Responsible Lifecycle Management
Reduce: Built from 18 mm plywood with interlocking solid beech corner blocks, the vaulting box is designed for strength, stability and long-term school use, helping reduce premature replacement.
Reuse: Suitable for a range of supervised gymnastics and movement activities. If no longer suitable for vaulting, it may be repurposed for lower-impact PE use, subject to inspection.
Maintain & Repair: Regular checks of the padded top, upholstery, non-slip pads and transporter system help extend safe use. Worn components can be maintained or replaced where appropriate, avoiding early full replacement.
Recycle: At end of life, the vaulting box should be removed from PE use and recycled or disposed of responsibly, separating timber, foam, upholstery and plastic where possible.
