Our Standard Balance Benches are a revolutionised design to ensure safe use and structural stability. The Sportsafe Bench is available with no hooks, hooks at one end or both ends for interlocking securely to climbing frames or other equipment, maximising the use of your bench.
With wide bench buttons for anti-skid risk and non-marking rubber feet, the bench is hard-wearing and ready for easy, damage free transportation.
Responsible Lifecycle Management
Reduce: Designed by Sportsafe Engineers for long-term school use, these benches are stable, structurally sound and built to reduce unnecessary replacement.
Reuse: When no longer suitable for PE or gymnastics, benches may be reused for supervised low-impact activities such as assembly seating, classroom tasks or drama sessions.
Maintain & Repair: Replaceable parts allow schools to repair rather than replace. Regular checks of fixings, feet, hooks and surfaces help extend asset life.
Recycle: At end of life, benches should be removed from PE use and recycled or disposed of responsibly, separating timber, metal and other components where possible.
